PET/SMOKING POLICY: There is no smoking permitted at Eyrie Penthouse nor anywhere on the property. Also, there are no pets permitted at Eyrie Penthouse nor anywhere on the property. Regretfully, there are no exceptions.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS ACCEPTED IN POUND STERLING OR US DOLLARS
Your deposit must be received within 7 business days after you reserve your booking. Deposit is 50% of the total rental. When we receive your booking deposit, we will
confirm via Email.
When you make your booking, this confirms that you have read, understand and accept the Terms & Conditions.

- The balance of your payment is due 8 weeks prior to your first day of entry. If there is last minute availability within 8 weeks of your first day of entry, the entire rental fee is due at that time. However, because of the limited number of weeks available for guest stays, we do encourage you to book early to secure your preferred dates.
- Payments are made in Pound Sterling. We also accept payment in US dollars, when you make your payment in full. The US dollar rate is a combination of the current exchange rate (not the internet bank to bank rate) and any applicable conversion or bank fees.
- In either currency, we accept either a personal check, a bank draft or a bank transfer
- Bank Transfer: Please advise us at the time of booking if you prefer to make a bank transfer so we can telephone you with our bank details in Scotland or in the US.
