Your 'Welcome Pack' includes a Bottle of Wine, Tea Tray with Scottish Shortbread, Tea & Fair Trade Sugar and a jug of milk in the fridge.

Beautifully furnished with Berber wool carpeting in the bedroom and the open space living and dining area overlooking the sea ... comfy sofa, flat screen HD Satellite TV/DVD and CD player. Books galore ! Lovely double bedroom with sitting area and sea views. Spa shower room with natural soaps and Pima cotton towels.

Enjoy casual cooking in our 'Bijou' mini-kitchen with full size fridge freezer, Franke sink, Panasonic Microwave-Oven-Grill, Slow cooker, and worktop mini-hob for fry ups or making soups and so forth; French Press and all the gadgets you need; lovely dinner service, silver and glassware.

An Eyrie is on the first floor with its own entrance and complete privacy and includes your own porch for wellies, coats and laundry cupboard with A-rated washing machine (laundry tabs; flexi-air dryer). Programmable electric heating and housekeeping preparation are all included. Wi-fi internet access is free
